An ethical approach

Only reputable coffee suppliers are used who can demonstrate full traceability which is achieved by either site visits or supplier questionnaires.

Our premium coffee is only purchased in an ethical, environmental and socially responsible manner, where suppliers have to demonstrate practices of transparency and accountability.

We recognise modern slavery as a global problem and endeavour to mitigate this risk during our on site audits, with our pre supplier questionnaires and by using third party accredited certified coffees in higher risk origins.

Our coffee packaging is recyclable and all of our coffee and consumables are shipped out to you in recyclable packaging. We partner with a courier whose initiative is centred around carbon reduction in transport and delivery, with the goal of minimising their environmental impact.

Where possible our machines are made using recyclable materials and our main manufacturer uses energy created by 4600 solar panels. Most of our commercial coffee machines have an eco mode, where we can programme the machine to go to sleep when inactive, therefore reducing energy consumption.
